Cartell Activators and Primers

Cyanoacrylate surface preparation products are designed to ensure the maximum performance of cyanoacrylate Adhesives. Accelerators are used to reduce the cure speed  and improve gap-filling capabilities of cyanoacrylate adhesives. The primer is used to ensure cure on difficult to bond surfaces such as polypropylene and polyethylene.

The anaerobic and structural activators purpose is to accelerate the cure speed of threadlockers, retainers, sealants, gasketing and structural adhesives and when used on inactive substrates such as stainless steel, aluminium and zinc high strength bonding can be achieved. The activator and primer range allows:

Spray Accelerator
Grade 2001G - This Spray Accelerator is designed to speed the cure of cyanoacrylates adhesives in an Aerosol spray.

Accelerator
Grade 2001L - Designed to speed the cure of the cyanocrylate adhesives in liquid form.  

PP/PE Primer
Grade 2001 PP/PE Primer - Made to make polyethylene, polypropylene and other low-energy plastics suitable for bonding with cyanoarylate adhesive.

De-Bonder
Grade 2201 Debonder - A solvent blend that can be used to clean cured cyanoacrylate adhesives from surfaces, clothing or  to debond parts assembled with cyanoacrylate adhesives.
